Bios are usually boring to read. But take a look, and you’ll see that everyone on the UrgentRx management team has one thing in common. They know what it’s like to stick their neck out. Put their instincts and experience into an idea. And bring something new and different to the consumer market.
Jordan is not an if kind of guy. He’s all when. And usually when means right now. He never shies away from a complex problem. With a true entrepreneur’s mentality, he asks “what if?” and refuses to work within the parameters of the status quo. Before founding UrgentRx, he started and sold two other successful companies (in addition to licensing a life-saving medical device invention) that have been touted in media such as The New York Times and CNN. Jordan’s tireless work ethic and drive for success have enabled him to create trust with investors, raise capital in an “interesting” economy, create a never-before-seen product line, and land that product line in major retail chains across the country. All in record time.
Kimber will tell you a brilliant product is only the beginning of a marketing story. As an experienced creator of brands, her greatest strength is understanding the consumer mindset and using it to build awareness, consideration, and brand evangelism. As Vice President of Marketing at UrgentRx, she brings more than 20 years of consumer marketing and branding experience to the organization. She has worked with Keebler, Coca-Cola, and Pepsi, as well as private-equity-backed start-ups. As the marketing lead at Naked Juice, Kimber was responsible for the rebranding/marketing efforts that helped lead to the eventual sale to PepsiCo.
Tony brings 20+ years of consumer-packaged-goods sales experience across all major retail channels, including food, drug, and mass. He has been a senior-level sales executive at US Nutrition, a $3.2 billion manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of top-selling brands, including Nature’s Bounty, Osteo-BiFlex, Sundown, and Pure Protein. As a top sales executive at Schiff Nutrition, a leading manufacturer of premium vitamins and supplements, he helped grow the business to almost $300 million. He was also responsible for developing and executing the national sales plan that included the launch of Schiff Mega Red, which became the #1 selling brand in its category.
Before joining UrgentRx, Meera spent ten years in various strategy and finance roles. She spent two years as independent consultant for companies, bankers, and funds in the consumer products space and spent eight years on Wall Street as a consumer products investment banker and a buy-side hedge fund investor. She also worked in the UBS Consumer Products and Retail Group, covering clients including Pepsi, Avon, Campbell Soup Company, and Diageo.
As Director of Operations at UrgentRx, Brett is logistics liberator, warehousing warrior, and master of all things manufacturing. Part juggler, part obsessive compulsive, he navigates UrgentRx through the complex issues that are part of formulating, packaging, and delivering a breakthrough product to the retail shelf. Brett learned to focus his eye and energy for details in the Private Placements Group at investment bank Piper Jaffray where he helped raise $20–$100 million for private companies in the consumer products, healthcare, technology, energy, clean tech, and finance industries.

Growing up, UrgentRx Founder Jordan Eisenberg’s dad always carried aspirin tablets in his wallet as a first-aid treatment for heart attacks. This didn’t seem odd to Jordan. He grew up with severe allergies, and like father like son, he carried an antihistamine in a plastic bag with him at all times.
Until he was old enough to think of something better.

Jordan imagined credit card-sized packets of powdered medications. They’d be easy to carry, handy in unexpected situations, and easy to take. Without needing to find or ask for water.
That idea became a reality when Jordan founded UrgentRx and launched his first fast powders product—Critical Care Aspirin to Go.
Within days of being on the market, UrgentRx Critical Aspirin to Go was recognized for saving the life of a heart attack victim on the slopes at Vail Ski Resort. Today, UrgentRx products are carried by the ski patrols of Vail, Aspen, and Keystone, as well as by dozens of EMT units across the country, and on every American Airlines flight.
UrgentRx has evolved from emergency treatment with Critical Care Aspirin to quick and convenient ways to treat the most common everyday ailments. In addition to life-saving aspirin, our retail partners across the U.S. are now stocking their shelves with an entire portfolio of UrgentRx Fast Powders that provide right-now relief for headaches, heartburn, upset stomachs, aches and pains, and allergies. All come in convenient credit card-sized packets, are flavored, and can be taken without water.
It is our goal to continue developing breakthrough over-the-counter medications that provide fast and effective relief, whenever and wherever it’s needed.
It's ironic that board meetings are chronicled as “minutes.” For us, it's not about the minutes or even the hours. It's about lifetimes of experience from an eclectic and exciting team of doers. Our board provides sage advice, daring initiative, thoughtful analysis, and rebellious disdain for anything status quo.

We’ve put a rover on Mars. And yet to treat most daily discomforts we still need water? That’s plain silly. UrgentRx is about change for the better. So look for us at events near you, passing out samples, making news, supporting good causes, and making life better — one credit card-sized packet at a time.
We should probably think of a better name than “Executive Board.” Because more often than not, a board is usually just what it sounds like… bored. For our team, nothing could be further from the truth.
Whatever we eventually call them, it can’t be respectful enough. Our executive (fill in the blank) is a well-respected and experienced team of out-of the-box, powerful thinkers. They have not only committed themselves personally to helping us create a great product. They’ve been nothing short of Herculean with the hard work of pushing it forward. Maybe Executive Super Heroes, or Executive Jedi’s. Yeah, that’s starting to feel more like it.

Jordan Eisenberg, Founder and President of UrgentRx, is an entrepreneur to the core. Jordan gave up the “climb the corporate ladder” mindset more than a decade ago while seeking out opportunities to create and build companies where he could personally make a difference. He started by inventing and licensing a life-saving medical device to a major medical manufacturer; and then went on to start and sell two other companies, which have been touted in media such as The New York Times and on CNN. One of those companies was a top iPhone app that gained over 100k downloads before the company sold in 2010. Eisenberg then went on to start his third company, UrgentRx®, a line of fast-acting powdered medications that has been credited with saving the lives of more than 10 heart attack victims. Jordan’s innovative confidence comes in part from working with serial entrepreneur Maurice Kanbar, the Founder of Skyy Vodka, the Inventor of D-Fuzz-It, and holder of more than 35 patents. While working with Maurice, Jordan was instrumental in the production, launch, and strategy implementation for Zip Notes, a consumer goods office product invention, as well as several other consumer product businesses. Jordan has experience in sales, marketing, operations, and strategic planning, with an affinity for high growth companies.
